Please be aware that once you have accessed or downloaded our digital products, including flip eBooks and other digital materials, refunds are not available. We encourage you to make informed decisions before accessing these materials.

Membership Fee Refund

Before enrolling in our membership, we urge you to carefully review our website pages to gain a comprehensive understanding of our services, products, and the distinctions between free and paid offerings.

Monthly Membership Fees

Membership fees are billed on a monthly basis for the selected membership level. These fees cover resource retention and contribute to managing service distribution and resource maintenance. We currently do not offer quarterly or yearly payment options to provide flexibility for SBL members who may wish to modify or temporarily pause their membership.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your membership before the end of the month, please submit a cancellation request to info@sensebeautyinlife.com, indicating the desired cancellation date. You will receive a refund for the remaining days of the month from the cancellation date. For example, if you paid a $100 membership fee and cancel on the 15th day of a 30-day month, you will be refunded $50.00, representing half of the membership fee.

Refund Process

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment account within 7 days of receiving the cancellation request. We strive to ensure a prompt and transparent refund process for our members.
