As a purpose-driven business, SBL operates with a focus on humanity, akin to the operations of a non-profit organization, to create positive change in the world.
A commitment to operating with humanity at its heart is a commendable approach for any organization, regardless of whether it is for-profit or non-profit. Being a for-profit organization does not preclude a company from having a social or environmental mission. We believe that, given the increasing challenges and threats to humanity, organizations should prioritize purpose-driven businesses that not only generate profit but also create a positive impact on society and the planet.
